Exceptionally good views, truly enjoyed particularly good and stunning setting.
Our king room was tidy, huge. We had a private bathroom. There was a good restaurant and very amiable staff. It was within 15 minutes walk from a bus station...

I think box springs were on top - front desk didn't speak English well -my friend and I talked about the beds later and only answer we could think of was that instead of flipping top mattress -he flipped both and box springs went on top --wish we would have checked when there but just thought beds were the worst and couldn't figure out why

100% recommend for a couple of nights
Comfortable room, convenient amenities with a full-size refrigerator and reliable WiFi, made my solo stay enjoyable while exploring the local area.
Breakfast options were limited.

Room was clean. The staff were friendly.
The ad on line and on our receipt said breakfast was included in the room price We were told coffee and tea was in our room and that was all. Also the ad said there was a hair dryer there was not. Space for parking was BAD !!!!! We ended up in the back of the motel next to the dumpster. For the price we paid we could have stayed at a motel with better amenities.

The interior was just OK. It was mostly clean.
No service whatsoever. I stayed 2 days and the bed was unmade, the garbage not removed, no towels were changed and there was no tissue in the holder (not toilet tissue, but Kleenex type tissue for the nose). They advertised free breakfast, but said they did not furnish it.

Nice place for a quick stay
The spot was good for a night, super quiet, which I liked. The room had a fridge and microwave. A coffee maker. The bathroom was clean and had a walking shower, great for anyone with mobility issues. Just bummed they didn't serve breakfast. A decent stay but really missed having breakfast options.

All we needed was a place to stay for one night, and got a bed, toilet and shower for a good price (what I mean by basics). the man at the front desk (owner perhaps?) called me to say that I left my credict card at the desk, which I appreciated. Close to Big River Grill where we enjoyed a nice dinner.
motorcycle group was loud for awhile.

Clerk was courteous and helpful.
Made coffee, picked up pot and handle broke. Hot coffee everywhere. Plugged in alarm clock, in 4 minutes it almost caught on fire! Toilet felt like it was ready to fall over. Drawer in dresser was broken. Upkeep is lacking.

Driving away at the end of the visit.
1. They no longer served breakfast, after the health department shut it down. We were not advised of this after we booked on the basis of having onsite breakfast. To his credit, the owner did give a $15 refund on account of the breakfast. 2. the toilet had not been cleaned after a previous occupant had pee'd on the porcelain and the floor and not flushed the bowl. We only found this late at night after returning from dinner so had to accept it. The owner - Mr "I thank you from the heart of my bottom" - said we should have called him & he would have changed rooms - & we would have had even more interruption to our night. He said he checked this when he put the coffee machine in the room, although at that time he did not go into the toilet to see or know the difference. 3 On mentioning a refund of the accom charge due to the dirty toilet, the owner said "no way" and "you can go to the Police about it if you want". Seems he has had plenty of experience of this!!! 4. TV did not work. Technician had reset all TVs in the place that day, but the owner thought he had not done this room, but it was easily fixed. Owner then did reset it after we asked. Why did he not do it before our arrival & present the room properly??? 5. No coffee machine in room. Owner was sure it should have been in there - had we checked? - yes!!. Then provided a machine.
